The Embroidery Box prices and products are subject to change.
Any quotes/invoices are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.
A rush fee of 10% of the total quote value will be charged if orders need to take priority.
Please note, in the unlikely case of any customer(s) canceling any orders, The Embroidery Box cannot refund any deposit payments that have been paid. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be considered.
Completion of orders
Orders are processed and completed according to a work order list.
A rush fee will be charged if an order needs to take priority (See Pricing above).
All goods and services are subject to availability.
The Embroidery Box prefers supplying the products to be worked on. If you supply the goods, The Embroidery Box will ensure guaranteed workmanship when handling your item(s), yet we take no responsibility if any goods are damaged during any of the manufacturing processes. As a result, we can only accept items that are clean, damage-free and free from impurities that may be hazardous to our personnel and machines.
Embroidery of own items is undertaken entirely at the customers' own risk.
For the purposes of these terms, ‘own items’ refer to any textiles intended for embroidery which is the property of a third party. Supplying your own items for embroidery indicates acceptance of these terms in full.
The Embroidery Box reserves the right to reject client-supplied goods if the product does not pass the quality control check.
The Embroidery Box takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.
Please note that The Embroidery Box cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Design errors made by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine the design carefully and rectify any mistakes prior to signing the quotation and paying for your order.
In accordance with copyright laws, the design is the property of the designer; said design cannot be reproduced in any way without the written consent of the owner. All digital files and other visual presentation materials supplied by The Embroidery Box will remain the property of The Embroidery Box and may be shown in printed and/or online portfolios and marketing material.
The Embroidery Box does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Acceptance of a quote requires a 50% deposit in order to process the order if the customer supplies the items, or 70% deposit if we supply the items. 'Items' refer to any goods the customer would like us to do embroidery on (etc towel, throw, pillow).
Full invoice payment must be made before goods may be collected or delivered.
Banking details are available on quotes for payment.
Under no circumstances will The Embroidery Box issue returns, exchanges, or reimbursements on items that have already been monogrammed with the customizing a customer ordered themselves. As stipulated in the Disclaimer The Embroidery Box is not responsible for incorrectly typed information that the customer provides themselves.
If any error, mistakes or flaws were made by us we will gladly rectify the mistake on our expense. The product in question has to be returned to us. After examining the item(s) and we accept the return full refund will be made.
We reserve the right to reject any order(s) which contains any pornography, racism, sexist, offensive content and/or material that encourages or promotes civil or military unrest. This applies to all / any text and graphics.
Shipping prices vary based on the weight and size of each item. If you are ordering multiple items at one time, shipping will calculate based on the dimensions and weight.
Once a package leaves our possession, we have no control over when it will arrive.
If you would like to order something and pick it up personally, please arrange it before paying for an order.
If you will have someone else picking you’re your item(s), please notify us in writing. The Embroidery Box will not be responsible if the 3rd party lose or misplace your item(s) and will not issue a refund, exchange, or any other form of reimbursement. Full payment has to be made before any item(s) are handed over.
